The
Galactic Gateway is becoming
quite a hub for Babylon 5 cast members. Pat
Tallman and Jeffrey Willerth started the site and
have been joined by Mira Furlan, Claudia Christian
and Robin Atkin Downes. Rick Biggs and Jerry Doyle
have now entered the Gateway. There's a lot of nice
merchandise available, and a great chat site as well.
Give it a try!

As of January 2000: Richard Biggs is currently
a regular on the Lifetime
series Any Day Now playing detective Bill Moody.
The show airs Tuesdays at 9.00pm EST/PST and repeats
Sundays at 10.00pm EST/PST. The role has given Biggs
the opportunity to play a character to whom the average
person can relate. "He's the kind of guy the audience
will like - he's a chili-dog-and-beer kind of guy,"
he explains. On the show, Biggs' character is engaged
to Rene Jackson (Lorraine Toussaint), and their road
to the chapel will seem more like a roller coaster
ride than a smooth path.
Prior to his B5 role, Biggs played another doctor,
Dr. Marcus Hunter, on NBC's "Days of Our Lives" for
five years. This show is due to be screened by Channel
5 in the UK from Spring 2000.
Biggs' extensive stage work includes "Fanon's People"
at the Fountain Theater, "Romeo and Juliet" at the
Ensemble Theater, and "The Tempest," "Cymbeline" and
"The Taming of the Shrew" at the Will Geer Theater.
When not performing, Biggs enjoys travelling and writing,
and he recently developed a play, which he intends
to direct.

previous choice, former Doobie Brothers guitarist
