Here is the list of all avatars authorized to perform/witness and submit an
official registration for a wedding. ANY ACOLYTE or ORACLE may perform a 
wedding, this list includes all Acolytes & Oracles at the time of the revision
date above. Though every Acolyte & Oracle in the dreamscape is listed, some may 
choose not to perform weddings. Remember, others may do weddings, but one of the 
avatars listed here must be there to witness or perform the wedding in order 
that a WA MC Marriage Certificate may be issued.
