These .atr files are from Frank Cifaldi. They went to Aric Wilmunders house a few years back and archived these disks which contain .CEL files. Artwork for Habitat was created using A.C.E. (Animated Cel Editor written by Charlie Kellner).

We have a lot of these files in the Habitat Archives but it's possible some may be missing from either archive. We need to figure that out (and diff against the files too).

It'd also be great to get a copy of A.C.E. from Charlie Kellner or Gary Winnick if they still have it (or perhaps even Aric).
